RealEstat.id (Bali) – Nuanu Real Estate officially opened Ecoverse, its latest residential development within Nuanu Creative City, developed by NPG, on Wednesday, August 12, 2026.
With the opening, Ecoverse is now officially welcoming guests for both short and long-term stays, supported by professional property management services from OXO Hospitality Management.
Ecoverse combines modern residential living with professionally managed hospitality services, while providing residents and guests with integrated access to the wide range of facilities and activities available across Nuanu Creative City.
CEO of Nuanu Creative City, Lev Kroll said, a city should not be judged by how it appears on a masterplan, but by how well it functions once people begin living in it.

“Ecoverse marks an important moment for Nuanu as it brings us closer to that vision,” he said.
As more residents make Nuanu part of their everyday lives, the company is focusing on creating an environment that is not only attractive at first glance, but also gives people reasons to stay, participate, build relationships and feel part of something that continues to evolve around them.
“For us, this is what transforms a development into a city,” Lev Kroll added.
Meanwhile, Ecoverse CEO, Evgeny Obolentsev said that under its eco-friendly luxury living concept, Ecoverse combines contemporary architecture with sustainability principles and technology integrated into everyday operations.
The development comprises 51 residential units, including 29 suites, six apartments, and 16 townhouses offering two, three and four-bedroom configurations.

“Every unit is delivered fully furnished, allowing owners and residents to move in and enjoy the property immediately,” he said.
Ecoverse is equipped with centralized engineering and utility systems, smart home technology, a rainwater harvesting system, wastewater treatment, drinking water filtration, as well as integrated waste management and recycling systems.
These features are designed to improve operational efficiency while supporting a comfortable and more sustainable living experience.
“Ecoverse is offered under a 25-year leasehold structure, complemented by a structural building warranty throughout the lease term and guaranteed priority rights to extend the lease for an additional 30 years. This structure provides owners with greater certainty and long-term peace of mind,” Evgeny explained.
Nuanu Real Estate Director Anastasia Sinberg added: for Nuanu Real Estate, the opening of Ecoverse represents more than the completion of a residential development.

“Ecoverse reflects a broader approach to property ownership—one that considers not only how a residence is designed and marketed, but also how the property is managed, maintained and experienced by its residents after completion,” she explained.
According to Anastasia Sinberg, in the property industry, the most important relationship with owners actually begins after the sales process is completed.
“A project may look attractive on paper, but its true value is demonstrated by how the property is handed over, managed and experienced over the long term,” she said.
With Ecoverse now fully operational, owners are not only receiving completed residences, but also assets that can be occupied immediately, professionally managed or enrolled in a rental program from day one.
“For us, this marks the transition into the most important stage of our journey with Nuanu Real Estate—creating memorable experiences for our guests while delivering strong outcomes for our investors,” she added.

Meanwhile, Diana Akchurina, CEO of OXO Hospitality Management, said Ecoverse homeowners can choose to use their units privately or participate in an exclusive, professionally managed rental program operated by OXO Hospitality Management.
OXO is responsible for property maintenance, housekeeping, resident services, guest communications, and the management of both short and long-term stays. This enables owners to tap into rental opportunities without having to manage the day-to-day operations of their properties.
“People come to Bali to change something in their lives. In our view, Bali does not need more hotels, but rather a better answer to how people can enjoy life here today,” Diana said.
Ecoverse’s distinctiveness lies in the details—from how guests are welcomed and how quickly the team responds to how each residence is maintained, while fitness facilities and hotel-standard services are delivered consistently.
Ecoverse offers a range of facilities designed to support the everyday needs of residents and guests. These include a 25-meter swimming pool, fitness center, restaurant, co-working space and an underground parking area equipped with electric vehicle charging stations.
