RealEstat.id (Jakarta) – After the Covid-19 pandemic, Bali's property market has been able to recover beyond everyone's expectations.
Currently, property development on the Island of the Gods looks massive and has been able to attract the interest of local and international investors.
Data from the Bali Provincial Tourism Office states that the Island of a Thousand Temples is an iconic holiday destination in Indonesia, visited by 6.3 million foreign tourists throughout 2024.

In the eyes of international tourists, Bali is also increasingly popular and very much demanded. In 2025, Bali won the title of The Most Beautiful Island in Asia in the Readers' Choice Awards held by the American magazine Condé Nast Traveler.
Not only that, Bali also recently ranked second as the most popular destination in the world—for two consecutive years—from the Traveler's Choice Awards 2025 held by TripAdvisor. Meanwhile, in Asia, Bali ranked top as the most popular destination in 2025.
The assessment for this annual award is based on the world's most popular destinations, hotels, beaches, and tourist attractions, which received many excellent reviews and opinions from the TripAdvisor community over a 12-month period.

Ecoverse Responds Bali's Sustainability Trend
With the soaring popularity of the Island of the Gods as a world tourist destination, a new trend has emerged along with the booming Bali property market, the increasing number of buyers looking for sustainable housing.
Property consultant Knight Frank's data shows that sales of environmentally friendly properties have increased in the past two years.
Energy-efficient properties are also considered to have better long-term investment value, because they can reduce operational costs, such as electricity and water usage.
This initiative is considered to not only increase the attractiveness of the property, but also help reduce carbon emissions. This is also in line with the government's target to reduce the carbon footprint nationally.

Knight Frank recorded that more than 60% of millennials choose homes based on sustainability factors, reflecting a major shift in market preferences compared to the previous decade
Anticipating this trend, NPG Indonesia, a Bali-based developer company, provides an update on Ecoverse, a modern eco-friendly residence located right in front of the gate of Nuanu Creative City.
Nuanu Creative City is a mega project in the Nyanyi area, Tabanan Regency. With an area of 44 hectares, Nuanu is a visionary center in Bali that embodies a commitment to harmonious living.

It nurtures a vibrant community of creators, leaders, and changemakers, offering thoughtfully designed spaces for education, art & culture, wellness, entertainment, and nature-inspired living.
Together, these interconnected elements form a seamless ecosystem that fosters collaboration, creativity, and meaningful connections.
Ecoverse itself is a residential complex that presents 35 apartment units and 16 2-and 3-storey townhouse units, which offer extraordinary comfort through high-quality building construction and harmony with the surrounding nature.

“The development progress has now reached 50% and when completed, Ecoverse will be the first environmentally friendly residence standing in front of the Nuanu Creative City," said NPG Indonesia General Manager, Evgeny Obolentsev.
He also added, later on all residents will be able to enjoy the facilities provided by Nuanu Creative City, such as ProEd Global School, Luna Beach Club, Lumeira Spa, park areas, and pedestrian paths, which are only a few minutes away on foot.
Evgeny Obolentsev also explained that NPG Indonesia prioritizes the sustainability principles in a residential project developed in Bali, through buildings, facilities, and a modern lifestyle that is in harmony with nature and the surrounding environment.
"We believe that luxurious living can go hand in hand with environmental responsibility. That is why we apply all the best techniques and materials in developing this residence," he said.

Evegeny emphasized that, at Ecoverse, NPG Indonesia focuses on functionality and quality to make the residence not only beautiful, but also truly comfortable to live in.
This is obtained from the application of smart design, where the use of natural ventilation can reduce the need for air conditioners, thereby increasing energy efficiency.
In addition, he added, the multi-layer wall technology applied in the Ecoverse project is effectively able to minimize noise and create a calm and peaceful atmosphere in the residence.
"This is maximized by the use of AluRay aluminum windows, a premium reinforced double-glazing window glass product that can provide maximum soundproofing with a modern design," said Evgeny Obolentsev.

He explained that the residences in Ecoverse are also equipped with solar panels that can provide clean and renewable energy.
Meanwhile, the use of environmentally friendly materials is a must so that materials in the Ecoverse project are carefully selected.
"We use natural wood, environmentally friendly concrete, and plaster, all of which are safe for health and the environment. Here we ensure that we not only present residences with stunning aesthetics, but also buildings with high durability," he explained.
On the other hand, waste management that uses an integrated recycling system to minimize waste, makes sustainability a part of the daily lives of Ecoverse residents.

And last but not the least, eco-cooling, an energy-efficient cooling system that can keep the house comfortable, while reducing the carbon footprint in the surrounding environment.
"We are not only building a residential area, but we are also creating an environmentally conscious future," explained Evgeny Obolentsev.
For information, Smart Technology can help reduce carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions by up to 450,000 kilograms per year or the equivalent of planting 10,000 trees.
According to Evgeny, the real challenge is how to adapt buildings to the surrounding nature. Because, the thing that makes everyone fall in love with Bali is its nature and culture.
"This is very important for us, so that there is a harmonious balance between tourism growth and Bali's nature and culture itself, for the future residents of Ecoverse," Evgeny Obolentsev ended.
