Magnum Estate Presents Its Projects at the Grand Batang City Ceremony

Magnum Estate unveiled its plans to enter the industrial real estate market as part of its support for the development of the Indonesian economy.

RealEstat.id (Jakarta) – Magnum Estate was invited to present at the grand opening ceremony of the new special economic zone PT Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang (KITB).

The event took place on July 26, 2024, under the leadership of the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo.

Magnum Estate unveiled its plans and projects to enter the industrial real estate market as part of its support for the development of the Indonesian economy.

The day before, at the invitation of Surio Tutuko, Executive Representative of KIT Batang, the management of Magnum Estate visited the new economic zone for a business meeting, company presentation, and to familiarize themselves with the facilities and infrastructure.

During the visit to KITB, the leadership of Magnum Estate discussed its premium real estate projects in Bali and emphasized the company's readiness to implement equally ambitious projects throughout Indonesia, supporting the country's development.

PT Kawasan Industri Terpadu Batang (Grand Batang City) is the largest industrial zone developed by the government of Indonesia as part of its strategy to position the country among the top 5 global economies by 2045.

Spanning 4,300 hectares in Batang, KITB offers the most competitive conditions for industrial enterprises in the Southeast Asia region.

The zone has already attracted 18 companies from 8 countries, with investments totaling IDR14.8 trillion.

Andrejs Sencovs, Co partner of Magnum Estate - Bali explained, the leadership of Magnum Estate sees tremendous opportunities arising from the launch of the new industrial zone and views it as a powerful driver of further economic growth for Indonesia.
