RealEstat.id (Jakarta) – After the Covid-19 pandemic, the Bali property market has been able to recover beyond everyone's expectations. Currently, property development on the Island of the Gods appears massive and has been able to attract the interest of local and international investors.
Based on data from REID (Realinfo.id), it was recorded that the total income of the Bali property sector reached USD142 million in June 2024, or an increase of 33% compared to the previous month.
Meanwhile, BPS Bali revealed that in 2024, Bali is visited by more than 6.3 million foreign tourists—this number of visits is even higher than before the pandemic. In 2025, the Bali Provincial Government is targeting 17 million tourist visits, including 6.5 million foreign tourists.

The government's strategic focus on a quality and sustainable tourism sector is designed to attract high-spending tourists, thereby increasing the attractiveness of the Island of a Thousand Temples as a premium destination.

As an illustration, villas in strategic locations can get rental yields of up to 15% to 25% per year, or far above the world average rental yield of only 5%.
This is possible because Bali is a tourist area, where hotel and villa occupancy rates are generally between 70% and 80%.

In the last five years, property prices in Bali have increased by an average of 7% per year. In Seminyak and Canggu, the increase can even reach 10% to 15% per year.
