Indonesia's property sector has emerged as a cornerstone of economic development, with official figures from Statistics Indonesia showing that the GDP contribution from property activities reached IDR 488.31 trillion (USD 31 billion) in 2022.

In 2025, the Bali Provincial Government is targeting a total of 17 million tourist visits, including 6.5 million foreign tourists. This figure is slightly higher than the number of foreign tourists in 2024 which was around 6.3 million.

Shanny further said, he fell in love with Bali when he was stuck there for over five weeks when COVID-19 hit the world in 2020. “It never crossed our minds to move here. But that experience changed everything,” he admitted.

While Victoria stated, Bali is the perfect canvas for the world of architecture and residential development. “And we will be launching the first Scandinavian concept home in Bali in the next few months,” she added.

The Scandinavian style, known for its simplicity and minimalism, yet gives a luxurious impression. This is achieved through meticulous design, the use of high-quality materials, careful touches of detail, and a combination of neutral colours and good taste.

This style refers to a simple yet elegant design approach, with an emphasis on practicality and clean beauty. Characteristics of this style include the use of neutral colours such as cream and soft warm white, grey, and tan, and natural materials such as wood and stone.
